Overview
Team1 is an emergency healthcare transportation platform: dispatchers assign crews, medical teams chat in real time and hospitals see incoming patients before arrival.
I led a team of 5+ developers, owned the architecture and built the WebSocket layer for live chat and patient tracking on top of Laravel and Node.js.
